  1. Pay. Your spot is held once payment goes through. Pay first, then we schedule.
  2. Prep. You get a short prep list: your class schedule, a few captions and emails you like, your reviews and your website. About an hour of gathering.
  3. Build. Choose 4 of our 8 live build sessions with Meredith Medland, one hour each. We fill your brain together and set up your skills in the AI assistant you choose.
  4. Handoff. You leave with your brain files, your skills and a simple guide for using them every week.
  5. Support. 30 days of email support after your build for questions and small adjustments. Your first month in the Monthly Skills Club is free, so new skills keep coming.

Meredith Medland has worked in digital since 1998, when she sold banner ads for AOL NetFind, and she has been building online ever since as a dot-com pioneer. She spoke at the Lagree Summit, where she gave away an AI brain build. Sebastien Lagree gave permission for the LagreeAI name.

She is also a 3rd Degree Master Black Belt and Self Defense Instructor, and she brings that same practice of repetition, form and clear cues to how she builds systems with people.

The Lagree Operating System is her own system, shaped by years of building brains and skills with coaches and studios.

Which AI assistant does it work with?

ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. We set it up in the one you already use or the one that fits you best.

Who owns the files?

You do. Your brain and skills live in your own account and your own folders. You can copy them, edit them or move them to another assistant.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You ask in plain words. If you can send a text message, you can use it.

Will it post or send things for me?

It drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out without you.

What is the difference between the Customer Service Review and the Customer Service Assistant?

The review is included. Meredith Medland reads your current FAQs, booking and cancellation replies and lead responses, then sends written feedback on what to fix. The assistant is an optional $497 upgrade: the full assistant Meredith Medland built, set up for your studio so it drafts those replies for you to approve.

Is my client information safe?

You decide what goes in. We keep client names, health details and payment data out of your brain unless you choose otherwise, and your files stay in your accounts.

How long does it take?

We run 8 live build sessions on the schedule, one hour each, and you attend the 4 that fit you. Meredith Medland emails you the schedule within 1 business day of your purchase.

What if I miss a session?

Pick another one from the schedule. There are 8 sessions and you need 4.

Can we talk before I buy?

We keep things pay first, so there are no free discovery calls. If you have a question, send a message and Meredith Medland will reply by email.

What happens after the 30 days?

Your system is yours to keep. Your first month in the Monthly Skills Club is included, with new skills and a live monthly call. After that it is $97 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
